Placing an order is quite simple. Just sign in, start shopping, and proceed to checkout when you’re ready. You’ll receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details.

Shipping times vary based on your location and the product(s) you ordered. Orders are typically processed and delivered within 48 hours. You’ll receive a tracking number when your order has shipped.

No. Using (or not using) the marketplace has no effect on your contract, fees, or payouts with Uber Eats. All Green Packaging Marketplace transactions are handled directly by the marketplace provider, Kinara International, which is separate from Uber Eats.
